The 30th European Conference on Surface Science [ECOSS-30] will take place from 31 August to 5 September 2014 in Antalya, Turkey.

ECOSS-30 is jointly organised by the Surface Science Division of the International Union of Vacuum Science [IUVSTA] and the Surface and Interface Section of the Condensed Matter Division of the European Physical Society [SIS-CMD-EPS].

The conference provides a comprehensive overview of the recent advances and current challenges in surface physics, chemistry, as well as material science, focusing on both experimental and theoretical aspects.

The scientific programme of ECOSS-30 will consist of invited talks and contributed papers, presented during plenary, oral and poster sessions.

The organisers committee invites applicants to participate in ECOSS-30 by submitting an abstract before 7 May 2014. Early bird registration is due on 20 June 2014.
