ECAMP11

The 11th European Conference on Atoms, Molecules, and Photons [ECAMP11] will be held in the University of Aarhus, Denmark, from 24-28 June 2013.

The triennial ECAMP conference series, launched in 1981, is the major conference of the Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics Division [AMOPD] of the European Physical Society [EPS]. This series of conferences seeks to promote the dissemination and exchange of scientific knowledge in the field of atomic, molecular and optical physics.

Amongst other speakers, the Nobel laureate Serge Haroche will give a plenary talk on “Manipulation of individual quantum systems”. The other plenary speakers are Jeff Hangst, Denmark; Lene Vestergaard Hau, USA; Anne L’Huillier, Sweden; Thomas Stöhlker, Germany; and Birgitta Whaley, USA.

The abstracts submission deadline is 15 March.
Funds are available to support students, who want to attend the conference and present a poster during ECAMP11. They need to apply by the 8 April.
Early birds fees are available until the 15 April.
