Three main topics will be discussed: metrology, methodology and application. John Field from the University of Cambridge (UK), Phillip Reu from Sandia National Laboratories (USA) and Mikael Sjödahl of Luleå University of Technology (Sweden) are the keynote speakers of the conference.

The deadline for abstract submission is 28 February. To benefit from reduced fee you need to register before 31 July.
