The report sets out a framework for action to improve our workplace cultures to ensure that LGBT+ scientists feel comfortable and are working in an environment free from discrimination and harassment.

The recommendations are aimed at individuals, employers and professional bodies. The report is available on the website of the Institute of Physics.
