4-6 April 2019: Rüdiger Voss, EPS President, and David Lee, EPS Secretary General, attended the meeting of the EPS Executive Committee and the annual EPS Council meeting in Split, HR.

4-5 April 2019: Patricia Helfenstein, EPS conference manager, and Sylvie Loskill, personal assistant to the EPS Secretary General, worked on the logistical set-up for the EPS Council meeting held in Split, HR.

11-12 April 2019: David Lee attended the celebration of the 100^th Anniversary of the International Astronomical Union in Brussels, BE.

25 April 2019: David Lee attended a meeting of the Initiative for Science in Europe in Brussels, BE.
