4 May: Christophe Rossel, EPS vice-president, visited the Laboratorium in Bergara (scientific museum) in the Basque Country, Spain, in the perspective of a new EPS Historic Site. 

5 May: Christophe Rossel was invited to give a symposium talk at the Donostia International Physics Center, San Sebastian, Spain.

11 May:  Ophélia Fornari and David Lee, from the EPS secretariat, Christophe Rossel and Sylvie Jacquemot, member of the EPS Executive Committee, attended the 15th EPS Young Minds Action Committee Meeting in Naples, Italy.

12-13 May: Ophélia Fornari, David Lee and Christophe Rossel attended the 6th EPS Young Minds Leadership Meeting in Naples, Italy.

14-18 May: Sylvie Loskill, secretary at the EPS headquarters, attended the IPAC’17 conference organised by the EPS Accelerator Group (in EPS booth).

15 May: David Lee attended the planning meeting for the International Day of Light in Paris, France.

16 May: Christophe Rossel and Rüdiger Voss, EPS president, attended the Official Opening Ceremony of SESAME in Amman, Jordan.

17 May: Christophe Rossel together with Rüdiger Voss participated as observers in the SESAME Council Meeting in Amman Jordan.

18 May 2917: David Lee attended the meeting to discuss the production contract for EPL in Paris, France.

23 May: Christophe Rossel chaired the first Steering Committee meeting for the organisation of the EPS 50th anniversary in Mulhouse, France. Rüdiger Voss, Davide Lee, Ahmed Ouarab and Gina Gunaratnam, members of the Steering Committee, attended the meeting.
