Since 1969, the French Physical Society has organised the Daniel Dautreppe seminar. This annual meeting, held in Grenoble (FR), gathers together experts of a specific field of physics to have an overview of the situation.

This year within the framework of the International Year of the Light and organised in partnership with the Swiss Physical Society, the seminar will cover all fields of photonics. It will be held in Grenoble at the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) from 7 – 10 December 2015.
