Metamaterials 2013

The 7th International Congress on Advanced Electromagnetic Materials in Microwaves and Optics [Metamaterials 2013] will take place in Bordeaux, France from 16-19 September 2013.

The aim of Metamaterials 2013 is to provide a unique forum to share the latest results of the metamaterials research and bring together the scientific community working in the field of artificial electromagnetic materials and their applications. An extended list of the discussed topics is available on the Metamaterials 2013 website.

Organised by the Metamorphose Virtual Institute and hosted by the Université de Bordeaux, this congress follows the success of Metamaterials 2007-2012 series of conferences.

To encourage the participation of students during Metamaterials 2013, a best student paper prize (oral presentation or poster) will be organised.

In addition, a 2-day doctoral school will be held in conjunction with the congress (20-21 September 2013). The doctoral school is a unique opportunity for students and young researchers to get exposure to the latest advancements in the field of metamaterials.
