EPS-roll-ups “Physics in YOUR life – Physics and Society” now also in German
On the occasion of the 175th anniversary of the German Physical Society, which the DPG will celebrate next year, the DPG has translated the roll-ups “Physics in YOUR life – Physics and Society” of the European Physical Society (EPS) into German. Under the motto “Physics for and in society”, the DPG uses the roll-ups to show that, just like the EPS, physics is involved everywhere. It also wants to show that physics is an important part of a modern, knowledge-based society.
The roll-ups are now offered to schools and other institutions. The roll-ups have also been used to create posters that schools can order from the DPG. In DIN A3, anyone can also download and print them themselves.
