EUROPHOTON 2016: postdeadline submission open until 1 July

The post-deadline submission for the Europhoton 2016 is now open until Friday, July 1st, 08:00 PM (GMT+1, local time on site). Only oral presentation submissions will be accepted.

Europhoton 2016 is organised by the Technical University of Vienna and the European Physical Society in cooperation with its Quantum Electronics and Optics Division (QEOD: http://qeod.epsdivisions.org).

The conference will bring together a multi-disciplinary group of world-renowned researchers and scientists, industrialists and students to discuss the latest breakthroughs in the field. The conference will feature high-quality scientific presentations and invited speakers from a wide range of topics, including:

  • solid state lasers 
  • fibre and waveguide devices
  • special symposium novel laser-matter interaction regimes
  • summer school on frontiers of solid-state light sources

During Europhoton 2016 the second Prize for Research in Laser Science and Applications will be awarded.
