The ‘Highlights-of-2015‘ collection showcasing articles from last year that felt deserving of additional promotion—on the basis of citations, board member recommendations, and downloads. is now available for viewing. Printed versions of the booklet will be available at conferences and events throughout 2016.
EPS CMD Europhysics Prize – one of Europe’s most prestigious prizes in the field of condensed matter physics. EPL has now become a co-sponsor of this award that is made every 2 years in recognition of recent work by one or more individuals for scientific excellence in the area of condensed matter physics. The next award will be made at the EPS Condensed Matter division meeting (CMD26) in Groningen (5-9 September 2016).
EPS Young Minds Project – in 2015 EPL provided the award for the Best Activities organised for the EPS Young Minds Project. EPL will again provide the award for the 2016 Best Activities.
