  • 5 November: G. Gunaratnam meets AMOPD chair D. Vernhet to work on the division’s website;
  • 6 November: EPS President J. Dudley and Secretary General D. Lee meet with representatives of the Physical Society of the Russian Federation to discuss issues of cooperation and the International Year of Light 2015;
  • 13 November: EPS President J. Dudley represents the EPS at the UNESCO General Conference in Paris;
  • 15 November: EPS President J. Dudley represents the EPS at the IOP Awards Ceremony in London;
  • 15-16 November: The EPS Secretariat in Mulhouse, France, hosts the Executive Committee of the International Association of Physics Students [IAPS]; EPS General Secretary D. Lee and Executive Committee Member J. Lister attend the meeting;
  • 19-20 November: The EPN Core Group comprised of C. Sébenne, J. Hermans, V. Velasco, D. Lee and X. de Araujo meets in Paris, France, to discuss the development of EPN and the integration of V. Velasco as the new Editor;
  • 20 November: G. Gunaratnam attends the CMD board meeting in Paris to present the EPS services;
  • 21-22 November: E. de Wolf attends the International SAPGERIC conference in Vilnius as EPS Executive Committee representative;
  • 21-22 November: The EPL Editorial Board, with D. Lee, F. Burr and C. Rossel representing the EPS meets in Bologna, Italy, to review the activity of the journal and to discuss strategic development;
  • 25-26 November: C. Biscari attends the SESAME Council meeting as EPS Executive Committee representative;
  • 28 November: L. Bergé, chairman of the EPS QEOD meets with EPS staff in Mulhouse, France, to discuss organisational issues related to the CLEO/Europe-EQEC conference, the QEOD and the International Year of Light.
