  • 14-16 October: EPS Secretary General D. Lee, and J. Rivero González attend the Communicating Astronomy to the Public Conference to promote the International Year of Light in Warsaw, Poland.
  • 18 October: EPS Secretary General D. Lee attends the CLEO Europe Steering Committee Meeting in Warsaw, Poland
  • 22-23 October 2013: EPS Treasurer C. Latimer reprensents the EPS at the OECD Global Forum on the Knowledge Economy in Istanbul, Turkey.
  • 23-26 October: EPS Secretary General D. Lee and EPS communication coordinator B. Huchet attend the final conference of the Pathway Project in Bad Hofgastein, Austria.
  • 25 October: EPS President J. Dudley, Secretary General D. Lee and Executive Committee members Z. Fulop and C. Latimer inaugurate the Atomki Institute in Debrecen, Hungary as an EPS Historic Site
  • 26-27 October: EPS Executive Committee Meeting at Budapest, Hungary.
  • 28 October: Representatives from the EPS Executive Committee and from the EPS staff attend the EPS General Meeting in Budapest, Hungary.
  • 27-30 October: EPS Vice President L. Cifarelli, Secretary General D. Lee and Executive Committee Member Z. Fulop attend the 3rd European Energy Conference in Budapest, Hungary as EPS representatives in the Steering, Scientific Programme and Organising Committees.
