1st ESTORM

The first edition of the International Freiberg Conference on Electrochemical Storage Materials [ESTORM] will be held in Freiberg, Germany, the 3 and 4 June 2013.

The talks will cover a range of topics from economic aspects to materials science and production technologies of batteries and their components.

The speakers include Christophe Pillot (Avicenne Energy, France), Prof. Deyang Qu (University of Massachusetts, USA), Dr. Claus Daniel (Oak Ridge National Laboratory, USA), Prof. Rudolf Holze (TU Chemnitz, Germany), Mr. Mike Weighall (MJW Associates, United Kingdom), Prof. Perla B. Balbuena (Texas A&M University, USA), Vasile V. N. Obreja (National R&D Institute for Microtechnology, Romania), Dr. Matthias Herrmann (HOPPECKE Advanced Battery Technology GmbH), Prof. Helmut Ehrenberg (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany), Dr. Richard Wills (University of Southampton, United Kingdom), Dr. Markus Vogt (BASF Corporation, USA), Prof. Gleb Yushin (Georgia Institute of Technology, USA) and Dr. Eric Maiser (VDMA Frankfurt, Germany).

16th EPS General Meeting

The 16th EPS General Meeting will be held on 28 October 2013 in Budapest, Hungary at the Danubius Hotel Flamenco 1113 Budapest, Tas vezér tér 3-7. The meeting begins at 14:00.
