NPA VI – Nuclear physics in astrophysics VI

The sixth edition of the Nuclear Physics in Astrophysics Conference [NPA VI] will be held from 19 to 24 May 2013 in Lisbon, Portugal. The Nuclear Physics in Astrophysics Conference is organised every 2 years by the European Physical Society Nuclear Physics Division.

Discussions will cover many topics related to nucleosynthesis, experimental facilities, s-process, astrophysics in stars and supernovae, neutron stars, isotope detection and solar standard model.

During the conference, poster prizes will be awarded in recognition of the scientific merit of work done by a PhD student. The prize consists of a diploma and cash award.

Proceedings will be published after the conference on the Journal of Physics Conference Series.
The end of abstract submission is 15 February 2013 and the early bird registration deadline is 31 March 2013.
